Le Savoir is a collaboration between Bompas & Parr and Cirque du Soleil producers 45 Degrees for Stella Artois and is an immersive dining experience promising four seasons in one glass.
The events started off in Montreal, through to New York, before heading south of the equator to Buenos Aires.
Bompas & Parr exploded the signature taste profile of Belgium's most famous export into an unforgettable feast for the senses. Delivered on an architectural scale it took guests on a journey through all four seasons, and included a host of multi-sensory elements born of a partnership with leading cross-modal scientist, Professor Charles Spence of the University of Oxford.
For Montreal, Le Savoir had breathed new life into a defunct 100-year-old factory in the centre of Montreal, transforming it into an organic canvas that tells the story of the beer. This hidden locale - a secret garden in the heart of the city - was a manifestation of the brand's refreshing savoury Saaz hops, fruity yeast and sweet malty cereals, each of which had been interpreted in a metaphorical experience and beer-inspired banquet.
Renowned performance artistic theatre company 45 Degrees had curated a completely immersive show, where the transporting and magical environment was brought to life with a suite of actors in character.
