London, 2024: Peeling back the dense layers of culinary trends to uncover what 2025 might taste like to officially mark the opening of the Future of Food Festival 2024.


We revealed a selection of trends from our imminent Future of Food & Drink Trends 2025 Report, to an enraptured audience, including edible tasters.

Highlights included 'Shocking Dinners', which was illustrated by our 'Trigeminal Pastels' - a nerve triggering treat not for the faint hearted. 'Eating the Inedible', manifested in a chocolate make without any cocoa, but instead with birch bark; and an exploration of mouthfeel stimulation through 'The Flavours of Memory' saw our audience end their evening licking rocks.
