London, 2024: This winter, step into Don Julio’s Hacienda 1942 at Rosewood London, where the vibrant spirit of Mexican culture meets luxury. Inspired by the agave fields of Jalisco, this immersive terrace brings warmth, sophistication, and the rich heritage of Mexico to life.


Bompas & Parr worked with Don Julio 1942 and the Rosewood London to develop a showstopper dessert in celebration of Mexico: a bespoke chocolate piñata, lined in gold leaf and filled with edible marigolds and luxury petits fours infused with 1942 Tequila. This experiential dessert, executed by the talented team at Rosewood London, invites sharing, allowing guests to crack open their dessert together.
