Four seasons, four realms of taste

Montreal, New York and Buenos Aires, 2016: Le Savoir was a collaboration between Bompas & Parr and Cirque du Soleil producers 45 Degrees for Stella Artois.

The event travelled from Montreal to New York and Buenos Aires, with guests exploring the signature taste profile of Belgium's most famous export in four ways – to chime with all four seasons – informed by a host of multi-sensory elements born of a partnership with leading cross-modal scientist, Professor Charles Spence of the University of Oxford.

At each stop, renowned performance artistic theatre company 45 Degrees curated a completely immersive show, where the transporting and magical environment was brought to life with a suite of actors in character.
