Junior Creative Producer
As a Junior Creative Producer, you will support the production and delivery of innovative and experiential projects from concept to execution. Working closely with the Project Directors and Creative Director, your role will focus on ensuring high-quality delivery, efficient coordination, and alignment with Bompas & Parr's creative vision.

Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist in planning and delivering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and creative goals.
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and materials for installations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Project Directors, Creative Director and project teams.
- Maintain project documents, schedules, and progress updates.
- Lead on internal activations & publications
Creative Contribution
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept development, offering fresh perspectives and practical insights.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop detailed project plans.
- Help adapt creative ideas to client or logistical constraints while maintaining creative integrity.
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Support the Creative Producer in communicating with clients and external partners.
- Prepare project updates, presentations, and progress reports for clients.
- Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and collaborators.
Budget & Timeline Management
- Track expenses and budget allocations under the guidance of the Project Lead
- Monitor project timelines and flag potential delays or challenges.
Health & Safety
- Assist in preparing Design Risk Assessments, Risk Registers and ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to.
- Identify and report potential safety risks during production and events.
Learning & Research
- Stay informed about trends in experiential design, immersive storytelling, and food & beverage innovation.
- Conduct research to support creative and technical project development.
About You
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role within a creative or experiential environment.
- A strong interest in creative production, event management, or design.
- Basic understanding of project management, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and team player, able to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

General
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required
- To be able to speak knowledgeably and articulately about all aspects of the work of Bompas & Parr and to support the organisation’s principal aims and objectives
- To communicate regularly and effectively with the Directors and to seek support from appropriate staff at the earliest opportunity should problems arise
Please note, due to the nature of the role you will be expected to work occasional evenings and weekends. There may also be the requirement to travel internationally.

Summary of terms and conditions
- Salary based on experience, paid monthly in arrears
- The contract is a 6 month fixed term contract with potential to go to permanent full-time position subject to successful completion of a three-month probationary period
- The post is based in Bompas & Parr’s studio in Barbican
